SLABSTOCK FOAM PRODUCTION
Slabstock foam is made by a special machine capable of producing 60 m long slabs. These blocks are stored in appropriate warehouses ready to be cut into rolls in the thickness required by the customer, using the most modern cut technologies. Thanks to the experience and preparation of its technical staff Toscana Gomma offers customers a wide range of high quality foams that can be customised according to their requirements.
MOULDED SEAT CUSHIONS
Through the engineering and construction of moulds and the development and production of its compounds, Toscana Gomma offers maximum design freedom, allowing the customer to implement any type of padding, satisfying even large-scale production demands.
Automation and control characterise all stages of production, starting from the formulation of chemical ingredients, through the mixing of components, up until the foam mouldingand subsequent processing.
